Faulty Sipper Cups

<p>I bought numerous of the old version Tommee Tippee Active Sporty cups in the past, and liked them a lot. Recently I ordered online (on the 4th of April) a new Tommee Tippee Active Sporty cup as well as a Tommee Tippee Active Sipper cup. I was horrified to see the new valves inside were not see-through and thus could not be properly cleaned. This has also been reported on facebook, so I contacted Tommee Tippee on facebook immediately requesting where to buy other valves (see-though at least). They assured me that they will send me 2 new valves with no cost. Also the Tommee Tippee Active Sipper started leaking within a week from the small hole on top as well as the valve, and once again Tommee Tippee on facebook said someone will be in contact with me regarding this. It has been over a month and I have asked numerous times what is going to happen. I had to buy another brand for my toddler and it was very expensive but at least it is not leaking or faulty. I will spread the word about the faulty cups and non service.</p>
