Faulty products

I have tried contacting them via their website with no luck <br> To say that I am disappointed in Tommee Tippee is an understatement <br> I have only used their products since my son was born<br> I have mostly been happy with the product<br> I bought the active straw cup. The cup never worked properly from the beginning. I had not kept the slip as I didn't need it . I then went back to Toys R us sandton saying that the cup does not work (it does not suck up liquids ) . I dealt with jeff at the store and emily on the phone . After an hour of going back and forth of trying to explain what is wrong with the cup and them basically disassembling the cup, i left with the feedback of there is nothing they can do! This is not a cheap cup ! when paying in the region of R100 you expect the product to work! lLike I said it never worked properly and still doesn't. I am now sitting with a cup that doesn't work and that they won't exchange - without any valid reasons ! I do not appreciate such service from such a reputable company. I have in the interim also found my active sporty cup to be faulty. It is no longer spill free and leaks.they have not gotten back to me after contacting them a month ago!
