Bottles, dummies and s****s

I have used tommee tippee for my son since he was born. First off the dummies start miffing inside because of the water that can get in and the algae made my son sick because even laying it in milton's or jik didnt work! So disgusted with the product! Then secondly I gave your tommee tippee to my son so he can start feeding himself next moment he bites a chunk out of it and start choking! Should your product not be child friendly to prevent this type of thing? He could have died! I am so blessed he didnt and we could get it out! Then also the numbers fading on the bottles!
