Pathetic customer service

I've never been more appalled and disgusted in my life with a service provider.

A storage company who expects people to move their whole household by 12:30 on Saturday, with no exception or notice, I now have 2 cars a bakkie full of items and the guy tells the security company to tell me that he is disappointed in me and I should know they close at 12:30pm on Saturdays on and closed on Sunday I must come back on Monday as if I have no job??

This type of customer service should be *******, after paying a full month's rent and a deposit without a complaint to get treated like this?? Mr Tomlinson is this how you want your business run?? No humanity or courtesy? Now I need to take a half day of work, pay more people on Monday to move stuff in? And still continue paying to get treated like this? FTS. 30mins is all I needed
