<p>I am a litigation manager and work with a panel of different attorneys. We mostly specialise in Short term insurance. TMJ was appointed to attend to a number of cases on our behalf. They failed to do proper merits assessments or take into the quantum when proceeding with litigation. They took cases to court with weak merits and lost. Furthermore, they seemed generally *********** when it came to basic legal procedure. Their cases where transfered to another firm who commented that it uncertain how this firm could still function given their low level of service delivery. I hope this serves to caution any person who wants to make use of their services.</p>
