Estate late

Tmj were handling my late mums estate on behalf off absa..... My mom did not have a huge estate she was a pensioner and her flat was around R300000 in value it is 2 years and TMJ didn't settle the claim there's a lady Ansie Pillay who works for this company who is so laid back slow it took her 2and a half months to realize she didn't receive some original documents from me. This is absolutely frustrating. Aso on the plan my mum had a funeral policy which hasn't been paid yet till date. Which apparently would have been paid in 24 hours (lol).... This is a joke! I called to speak to one off the directors Jubb Reed who refused to take my call thinking he might react with urgency... These people are not customer orientated. How can ABSA do business with them.
