Worst customer service ever!!!

<p>I purchased plumbing supplies to the amount of R 3848-99 at Tomjac Germiston branch on Tuesday 31 May 2016. Today, 2 June 2016 I noticed that the amount had been duplicated on my credit card. I went to my bank and their credit card division referred me back to the supplier stating that the supplier must reverse the transaction as it has been duplicated.</p> <p> </p> <p>The minute I started to explain this to Tomjac, I was told to keep quiet and he showed me the receipts from his credit card machine. I said I understood but that it was reflecting twice on my account. He told me he refused to do anything. I returned to my bank and spoke to the credit card division again who now said they could reverse the transaction. I asked for a statement to be printed so I could show Tomjac exactly what had happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I arrived back at the store, the owner as he now identified himself, interrupted me again, accused me of saying that he duplicatednthe transaction. Then he phoned a lady called Avril who has something to do with the card machines. While I spoke to her on his phone, he asked for his phone back obviously not liking what I was saying.</p> <p>I hope the bank can sort this out because I do not want to set foot in this man's business again. I have never been treated so badly.</p>
