Heat tech geyser

I bought a brand new heat tech geyser from TOMJAC Alberton and the plumber install it for me the geyser do not heat the water and after investigation it was found that the thermostat is faulty from the supplier i.e. Tomjack Alberton.

The plumber went back to Tomjac Alberton and they refuse to exchange the thermostat and we must do a warranty claim via Heat tech , Heat tech does not answer phones.

If this is how customers are treated from TOMJAC Alberton I will never buy any thing from them again and would also not recommend people to buy a Heat tech geyser it is not worth the headache to go thru the claims proses and there response is 24 hour.
