Tombstone wholesalers are so unprofessional and ****mers

My name is Precious NcedaniI bought a tombstone from TW Klerksdorp branch worth 19850, order number 22420.Their finished product shockingly wasn't what I payed for.The stone was cracked and with multiple other defects.What is worse is that they rely on me to drive to the cementery to go see if there stone is flawless or not...in other words nobody bothers to oversee the clients orders,whether they are in good condition or not.I had to sent them videos because whoever is suppose to check kept on saying he sees no mistakes on it despite the obvious cracks that were there.It has now been 3months I haven't gotten what I paid for.I then contacted their director ***le and Elsa who promised to attend to my complaint and promised that the stone will be fixed(that was 3 weeks ago) I am still sitting here and wondering how many clients have they down played like this.
