Service in Benoni branch

I have never experienced such horrible service with such a sensitive issue I’m buying my mother a tombstone someone so dear to me and Nella from the Benoni branch makes me feel like I should beg her to provide service she literally doesn’t want to listen instead she says no listen I want to talk you would think I didn’t pay 12k cash she acts as if I am not paying for this I want someone else to assist someone professionally or I demand a refund
