Horrible service

We bought 3 tombstones in 2017, they were erected and 2 headstones of 2 of these tombstones fell down within 3 months. We went to Tombco Hennenman to report this as this is where they were bought, they promised to go and repair but didnt in December 2017 we went again, they then informed us that they have closed for December holidays but will go and fix the tombstones in January 2018 when they open. It is Januaty 2021 and the tombstones have not been fixed even after multiple attempts to get this sorted. Tombco Hennenman is the worst in terms of helping customers. The workmanship is very poor as they erected the tombstones with 1 small steel rod to support the headstone, no wonder it fell down. Tombco Hennenman gives horrible service and I will never ever use them again or refer them.
