Bad Service

<p>I have bought a Tombstone at Bothaville Branch Tombco that was worth R16000, it was 0n the 5th Dec 2016 and I was told that it has gurantee of 3years if anything happens they will take full responsibility, today the tombstone has fallen horribly when I sent them the pictures, the lady called Manda told me that they wond cover because it was due to natural dissaster, when I purchase not of those conditions were explained to me, now I have told that I must pay 5000+ to fix the tombstone. this is a very bad service and *********** customers, I want this matter to resolved and my mothers Tombstone to be fixed. </p>
