Bad Service!!!!

<p>I am terribley horrified with what happened to my Mother Tombostone that I bought at Tombco in Dec 2015, it has fallen horribly and there is no proper enforcement to help the tombstone balance even the quality of the cement its not upto screth, I bought it at Bothaville branch, and have forwarded pictures to Karisma and she is now telling that she is not sure if it will be fixed after I got a promise before I bought it that there is Warranty. even the same year when it was placed at the grave yard the cement was already removed and had to report it and now the second time it has fallen completely, please fix this urgently.</p>
