Unreliable and unprofessional

Last year we bought a tombstone from tombco- trurock in welkom. On the day of the unveiling the headstone was wobbly and we reported to them. Last week we went to the graveyard only to find the head stone fell and is broken, we then went back to report to them and they said they will get back to us and still nothing. They now don't answer our calls. They have really bad customer service and would like to warn everyone don't do business with them
