Tomato watch

Bought two tomato watches on the 29th of November 2023 and they were delivered on the 4th of December 2023. On the 12th of December when I decided to wear the watch the belt just snapped. I sent through an email for assistance and haven't got any communication from them even after the follow up emails I sent afterwards. So is been a more than a month now sitting with a watch I can't wear. The other watch is perfect though no problems with it.
