Unprofessional "Company"

I recently hired Tom Water Projects to fix my irrigation system, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite their professional-looking website and advertising, the service I received was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the work done was subpar and not completed to my request. The company appears to be a one-man-band rather than a professional company, failing to even properly test the system after the supposed repairs. As a result, there are still leaks in my irrigation system that were not addressed.

In addition to the poor quality of work, the charges were exorbitant for the minimal amount of work and time put in. I have made numerous requests for the company to return and fix the remaining issues, but each time, I’ve been met with excuses and delays.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Tom Water Projects. My experience has been frustrating and costly, and their lack of follow-up and accountability only adds to the dissatisfaction. I hope this review helps others avoid the same pitfalls.
