TOM SHOES MANUFACTURING - Defective Shoes (Poor Manufacturing Quality)

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a pair of TOMS shoes that I purchased via Takealot on 14 May 2025 (proof of purchase can be provided). I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The shoes have not lasted even a full year under normal use. The stitching has come loose from the sole, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.Furthermore, these shoes were not inexpensive. Given the price paid, one would reasonably expect a far higher level of durability and overall quality. The current condition of the shoes is unacceptable for a product in this price range. As a customer, I expect a reputable brand such as TOM SHOES to provide products of acceptable quality and longevity. In this case, the product has failed prematurely and does not meet those standards. Given the circumstances, I request that this matter be investigated and that you provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
