Bad service

Firstly we arrived there in the 01/01/2019, we waited by the door for someone to escort us to our table that never happened so we got our own table and asked for a menu which we finally got, wanted to place an order for our drinks and that never happened, an elderly woman just walked passed us who was serving other tables, other people came in and was sorted straight away with there drinks, we finally got the attention of a waiter but was ignored completely, we got up and walked out, not a place to recommend
