apologies for my delayed response. I did speak to someone from the dealership last week and said that i would be in touch to setup an appointment for next week. I wont be able to do that anymore because I've had to call the insurance to collect my car because it stalled on my way to work after giving me a warning message..."Transmission performance low"

Please note that i had another incident yesterday afternoon. The car jerked and over revved while i was driving at about 40-50 km/hr. This time there was a message, "Transmission Performance Low". I called Matthew and he suggested that i take it in to Volvo Midrand to have them run diagnostics on the car. This morning there was no issue and the message is no longer there.

I took delivery of this car 27 March 2019 Took the car in to have the boot shock replaced. Shock did not work properly, eventually both shocks were replaced. May 9 I had a similar experience to the one yesterday, but i was also unable after a while to accelerate. After leaving the car for a few minutes i managed to put it into gear again and continue slowly to work. Performace was definitely not what it should have been. I had the car towed into Tom Campher because i did not feel confident about driving it. Issue seemed to have been resolved by topping up the gearbox oil? Boot still was not working properly at this point. May 17 i again experienced the shuddering and over revving. took the car into Tom Campher on the Saturday and problem again just disappeared. I left the car at Tom Campher for about a 5 days, boot was working when i left the premises and nothing was picked up either via diagnostics or test drives. For the past 2 weeks there were no further issues, except for the fact that the boot only works by manually opening it. (it does close when i press the button) Which brings me to yesterday. I realize that it is difficult to help me when the issue does not exist when you have access to the car. But i do not know what to do. I have never had this kind of issue with any of the other pre-owned vehicles that I've had, which is also why I could comfortable decline the warranty package.or at least put it off for one or 2 years. The service from the people at Tom Campher has been fantastic, but it feels like the car that i bought is a dud.

please advise on a way forward.
