Terrible Service from Volvo
<p>I've long taken my car to Tom Camphers because I heard that they were one of the last dealers for Volvo SA that you could rely on for a decent service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Over the past few months I have however been left irritated and completely dissatisified. I can't understand how they won their Volvo Dealer awards - I suppose unless the rest of the dealers are worse?</p> <p> </p> <p>For starters the service indicator on my car is never reset - so every time I start my car I am alerted that my 'maintenance overdue'. Small fault which I can forgive - but not when I keep asking for this to be fixed and I am ignored. </p> <p> </p> <p>I ask for the squeeking sound that winding my window down makes to be fixed - what does Tom Campher do? They break the seal of my window and the sqeek remains - my car's window is now not waterproof. The chrome exhaust pipes are rusting - I am told that this is happening because the exhausts get hot ... oh I never knew that ... Guess corrosion is okay on a R 400k car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick and tired of this disgusting level of service from a brand that I really am passionate about and hope that this is resolved! </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be forwarding this correspondance to Volvo SA.</p>
