Refused a full service

<p>I took my car in for 100k service at 98k</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told to bring back the car at 100k</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked the car for a Friday service and was told the available slot was on a Monday</p> <p> </p> <p>On that Monday the car was at 100348 </p> <p> </p> <p>That meant that they won't replace my breakpads and clutch </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service </p>
