Complaint bad customer service

<p>I bought the Volvo parts(cap2 R140 and chemical gasket R345) so I had to return them coz I bought wrong parts and I requested a refund coz the products were still sealed, instead the salesperson gave me attitude and told me they do refunds. I requested for a manager then she processed the refund for me but now the three days passed have not received my money went back same salesperson gave me attitude he didn't even check on the system what's going just told me that I must wait</p>
