clear misleading of a client

worst service I have ever had. Not only did it take them 2 weeks to complete 2 simple requests, 1 to have a spare key cut and to fit a puncture repair kit. They lost my vehicles service booklet, they did not disclose that the turbo was replaced on the vehicle and when I took delivery the tyre pressure was under 2bar, so much for a quality check. I have left so many messages at reception for the sales consultant and the DP yet every time I call they are busy. After sending them a full list of faults they rep**** with " we will send a truck to collect the car" oh and I have only had the vehicle a full 18days.
