****s at the toll gates

It is for the second if not third that Kranskop is deducting R50.50 and nyl plaza toll too. I am at home now it is 03:50 but money is deducted from my capitec credit card. It is now R150 sumthing in total how much will it be after a year. Can i please get help. This is scary.Who is taking my money, is government hiring ********* at this toll gates then mist we pay cash to avoid our cards being ****med. What is happening who is taking my money ?
