COMPANY RIGHTS OFF VEHICLE AND WONT TAKE RESPONSIB

On the 2 April 2015 whilst travelling home after a delivery for my catering company , a Toll Global Forwarding 8ton truck, knocked into my Chana bakkie and wrote it off. We have made numerous enquires as to when this issue will be revolved by the above company but kept on getting the run around. Today the 23/07/2015 we have been notified by Charlene Coetzee & Hannelie Cawthorn that we have to pay the access for the above companies insurance and the storage or the written of vehicle before this matter is resolved. My husband and I are retired, and make a living making savoury foods and supplying shops. We do not have another vehicle and our way of making ends meet has been disrupted with no remorse or courtesy from the above company. My frustration is that no one saw to our medical bills accrued and what about the loss of our income because we don't have a vehicle. The accident was off reckless driving by the driver of this company and my husband and I are now fed up of being pushed from pillar to post. I make numerous calls and send emails for feedback. Im tired and want results IMMEDIATLEY.
