Dear Tolcon management,

Would you help me appreciate and recognise one of your very professional, polite and helpful route patrollers, Njabulo Madida. He is a very proud and exemplary brand representative of your organization.

I had a breakdown this morning on the N17 West bound close to the Wermer Pan exit in Joburg and he was the first to arrive on the “scene” to offer me not only assistance and security, but a very lovely chat (which removed all the panic and frustration) while I waited almost 2 hours for my own insurance to pitch.

As a business owner myself, I am very well aware of the poor level of brand guardianship that some of our staff members give our companies through their behavior on the roads. It is very common to receive complaints, but such quality experiences are often never heard of.

I have attached pictures of the gentlemen in question for you to recognize him and thank him for me. I am sure it will be a much-needed motivation for him to get a phone call from one of your senior people just to let him know that you are aware of his good deeds.
