Carel Hancke Defaults on Court Order

House started failing apart 6 weeks after occupation March 2007. Cracks increased exponentially. His son, ex-preacher, Hennie Hancke of Hennie Hancke Ministeries (Noseweek 84 Aug 2006) supervised the final stage of the building. The Hanckes came back 7 times to fix problems interior/exterior unsuccessfully. Once he arrived with 2 x 2 litre plastic bottles of water & ran around the house, dropping them at the south/east corner declaring there was a river/stream underneath the house. In court on 12 May 2015, he undertook to provide guarantees, to buy back the house. The so-called guarantee was not a guarantee (the bank disputed the purpose of this letter issued to the other son, Kobus, who is an Accountant in Pretoria). He defaulted on the court order. Tola Construction has devastated our lives & pleads poverty, but is building all over. His excuse is we planted grass/landscaped the garden. Substantiating Photos, emails & Court Oder available. No conscience whatsoever. Stupidly we praised him 2 weeks BEFORE we took occupation. ************!!
