Toker Brothers poor service

Toker Bothers claim to be \Leaders in the Recognition Industry\". I question this. I phoned on a Monday to order two custom made name badges. I arranged with Jade to send her an e-mail with details of engraving, and payment. The next morning, having not received a response to my e-mail, I phoned again. Jade informed me that she would check if my e-mail had been received, and took my phone number, saying it would \"take five minutes\" to check and get back to me. A day later (Wednesday) I have not heard from Toker Brothers, nor received any e-mail response. Most badge makers need 5 to 7 days to fill an order, so I'm hoping the second company I approached will come to the party in time. As for Toker Brothers, I'd suggest avoiding them if you want reliable service involving trophies, badges and the like.. "
