Terrible Service

It took 3 weeks to get feedback on our order and to receive it, when we followed up we were then told the item is discontinued. Fair enough they resolved it even after waiting 3 weeks for feedback. We paid for engraving on the trophies and received stickers on the trophies and the one trophy was skew. I then called and emailed to resolve the issue on Wednesday, I followed up again on the Thursday and yet nothing. I then called Friday and they said yes they have seen the email and they will be in touch shortly. YET STILL NOTHING Honestly the worst company and i gave them a second chance after they messed up another order in the beginning of the year and also took them 3 weeks to give feedback on the order.
