Insulting Customers

We went to a shop called Token with my sister to buy somethings there as we we about to pay my sister put a R100 on the counter and reached for her pace she puts her coins to add on the remaining amount the owner oc the shop whose chinese later told my sister that R40 short my sister answered that i am trying to court the coins i have to give you at the sane time my sister asked me i was i going to pay for tooth picks i got.this chinese man later fliped and started to shout and insult us calling us dirty animals when asked why he said out of my shop you animals he even called his security to take us out which we later called police and waited for them to come when there they come they wasn't much that could have been done the Chinese man was so rude. To me I found this to be so unprofessional and racest to call another race animal and insult as freely as he did to which i think we may not be the first custo.ers to be treated in such a way there have been others or he will continue to behave to insult.
