RUDE SERVICE FROM SUPER PLANTS TOKAI

For a second time I had an awful experience at Super Plants Tokai. I was about to pay R2000 for wooden seats and was treated to the most officious and disdainful communication from the manager ... very strange customer service. The only reason I didn't cancel it and buy it somewhere else was because of the salesman Ayanda who was very helpful. I asked to speak to the owner and was told by the "manager" that he was out. I had little joy when I phoned the next day to relay the experience to Morne who seems to suggest that his manager was simply relaying information and intimation that I was the one with the problem if I'd experienced it as negative. I rarely complain but this was the most pecu**** situation to be in when you're a customer and just going about your day. I went in in a very positive frame of mind and came out feeling not as positive. When we walk into a place where we expect nice service and to be treated well, one is unprepared for the opposite. I'll avoid going there in future. It's not a happy place.
