Vehicle sent for Rust repairs, returns with rust

<p>Took my car in for rust treatment and asked them to check the whole car for rust...as discussed on the phone prior. They said they would. I even told him that there is rust starting on the boot of the vehicle.</p> <p>So after having to fork out a huge expense on a rental car, and having to beg for my car back 4 days later. There is STILL rust on it
