totally frustrating , trying to get your car fixed when most of the money is paid already .

<p>my car had a noise sound to it and i decided to send it to tokai m.f. my car was booked it , and they were suppose to diagnose the problem of the noise . i was informed what the problem was and how much it will cost about 15 000. i had to pay a deposit inorder for them to go ahead which was 10 000. a month later i was notified my car has been repaired and could be collected , but they have discovered another noise. i then refused to fetch my car because if the car was diagnosed they would have found the exact problem and not find a problem there after . my husband then went to see them and they said they will get back to us. i have also called them occasionally and was either told the manager isnt in or is on leave. so i feel as if im going back and forth with this situation as i am left without transport for a while now . it also doesnt seem as if they are planning to fix my car up correctly , therefore i would like you guys to help me get going on this situation .</p>
