Terrible service.

Tokai Multi Franchise is one of the worst we have come across. I called to make an appointment for a check/service of our car as it sounds very sick, but the woman who answered the phone barely listened to me, promised to call for an appointment to be made and never even took my full details. Mind you we are still waiting for a call.
