Unprofessional and terrible quality of work

The customer service and quality of work at Togs dressmaking is an absolute joke! Tracey is extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication, canceled fittings and her ability to comprehend what a client wants and does not want is quite frankly shocking. I was not happy with the end result of a garment and she was not willing to do an alteration and not willing to renegotiate pricing but instead demanded payment immediately. She had also belittled me in front of another customer as if I was in fault. Will definitely not be recommending her to anyone. In fact, she shouldn’t be running a business as such with absolutely no business etiquette.
