Toga labs - judging you for your choices

I choose not to have a medical savings account as a part of my medical aid plan. My son needed blood tests done, and this disgusting organisation would not release his results until I had made payment. To top it off, they are unable to send you an invoice so that you can claim these expenses. I had to pay over R1000.00 to details that were SMS'd to me, and I had no way of knowing that my payment was going to the right place, and therefore that my son could get the medical treatment that he needed. Despite having a long conversation with the financial manager I have still not got the invoice that I have requested. I recommend that you do what I have done and put a BIG sticker on my medical file at my doctor that states clearly to NEVER USE TOGA LABS FOR ANY TESTS. There are other organisations that offer this service, and I will not support one that behaves in a way that could jeopardise your life.
