Toga labs

Good Day My name is Sonia Edwards *** I had a covid test done on Monday 6/7/2020 of which I paid for I called this morning 3 times 1st time after holding for 38 min my call was cut 2nd time was holding on and never helped 3rd time was assisted by a lady that told me Dischem uses lancet and Toga labs I should contact them. I contacted Lancet that assisted me, and my results are not there. I eventually managed to get hold of Toga labs number 1. They do not answer calls 2. After a few minutes they just disconnects the call 3. Checking up on the lab I just found lots and lots of negative comments on facebook,please i need to get my results soon this is ****ing me. Why is it that we must go through this trauma to get our results for something we paid for? Please I need to get my results to management by Monday.
