Account has been settled , they keep on phoning to me settle the account

Had blood drawn in July 2020. Paid account 31 August 2020. Sent it to them. They keep on phoning me and that I have to settle the account. This is every time's story when I make use of them. I will never use them in my whole life again. Pathetic
