Worst service!

Worst service ever!!! Taking your money at first, well then treated well...We had booked our dream holiday thru Toerbroers, which had no problem financing this for us and we were heading to Mauritius December...this is not happening with them. After paying ITC fees / application fees per person including my child been a minor but all good and signed and agreed to this as we were in excitement over drive and was just happy that we doing this holiday. After successful payments all was good, In April I had landed up in hospital and unfortunately missed a payment. I immediately let them know and requested a rescheduled payment with which they were in agreement at first, my hospital stay was longer than anticipated and I let them know...Rudely they expected me to get in contact with my clients and so on this from my hospital bed. I was discharged over the weekend and Sunday evening received a whatsapp advising that should payment not reflect Monday when directors switch on their laptops my contract will be withdrawn. This was not the 1st message I received threating that when they walk in the office my contract will be cancelled. Following this Monday morning before making a payment I message to ask where I am standing can we move forward, I then get a response they in a meeting and will reply later to my surprise I receive a letter of the contract been withdrawn. I then requested my monies back as obviously we will not been using their services, I had sent numerous messages in which I had been ignored, finally I get a response that my monies will not be refunded as flight tickets had already been paid and part accommodation to secure our booking. I then requested proof of these - Flight tickets, and hotel booking which up to date have not received. Toerbroers had then responded that they will only issue this with a letter from my legal team, my attorney had sent this obviously costing me monies and to date still no proof of any payments. We have sent another letter which they blatantly ignore and STILL NO PROOF OF ANY TICKETS _ HOTEL BOOKINGS!! they have further blocked me on social media, on whatsapp and so forth and have also threatend that should I post any negative comments their legal team will deal with me and I will pay any costs to lose of their business well this had all turned, thus far we have lost all monies paid over to them, they have listed me on ITC with over R90k outstanding this causing a loan to be declined. Teorbroers listing is for a service not even going to be used. Hard earned monies down the drain, make sure these are the people you want to do business with! I have seen that they respond to good reviews, hello peter, FB and probably elsewhere but seems negative responds do not get rep**** too, so how fair is this treatment.
