Staff are very professional under pressure

We went to Todo's Pizza in Watermeyer on Saturday evening and while the kitchen was preparing our Pizza, an incident happened where the bank declined a man's card but he got an SMS saying it's through. Instead of sorting it out with the bank like a grown-up would, the man threw a tantrum and demanded that the staff give him the pizza for free!<br> <br> The Manager took control over the situation and remained calm and professional but still firm while the man was yelling at him and looked like he was going to get aggressive towards the manager. After the man threw a scene and left, the manager apologized to the other customers for having to witness that and still proceeded with our order with a friendly and professional attitude.<br> <br> The pizzas we received were also fantastic.
