NEED MY VEHICLE FIXED

In Sept 2014 I purchased a BMW 320i - 2000 model from Ishwin Maharaj who owns Todds Auto mechanic shop , in feb 2015 the water pump and fan needed replacing I paid him R3500 to sort out then in April 2015<br> the gearbox packed up I paid him R8500 R350 call out fee and R600 towing fee to sort out, after 4 wekks he gave car saying all perfect but when I drove it the gears were slipping he said car needs to reset and said we damaged the car driving it on manual mode when car is a triptronic, then we gave him back cos car was very bad then he changed lots of things and gave car back after 4 weeks and car still did same the transmission light keeps coming on and it goes into limb mode we gave him back and up until today that like 4 months my car is not sorted - I have been to a lawyer and she sent him a letter he still not sorting, its causing me a lot os stress and I have such a problem with transport to work ...I cry all the time and he tells me different stories everyday ....yesterday he told my husband to come fetch it and when my husband took it for a test drive its doing the same thing he says he took out gearbox like 6 times , plse I really need help
