No Feedback 1 week later and still waiting???

Good day,<br> Last week Saturday a week ago we sent an email to the customer care email of Today foods which is listed on the product and up and till today we have had no feedback to regards email we sent them, Please find attachment below we sent to them on the 21/3/15<br> <br> Hello,<br> <br> I am emailing to make you aware of the unsatisfactory mini cheese rolls I purchased from Pick and Pay in Melkbosstrand, today 21st March 2015. I have the following complaints regarding the product:<br> <br> 1. The production date listed on the box is 30/01/15, however the sell by date is the 29/01/15. Was there a print error? Is the stock expired? Please see attached image.<br> 2. The majority of the pastries in the box had no filling. How does this pass your quality checks if the pastries are evidently 'empty?' Please see attached image. <br> <br> I purchase your product on a regular basis and thus far have had no issues otherwise.
