I bought regulator for alternator of Toyato Conquest since it was not functioning well at Tobys Motors Spares at Diepkloof on 06th January 2018 for a total of R400.00. Unfortunate the part(regulator ) was not working when attempt to install it. I would like to believe that, it's factory faulty. I went back to the deal to explain my predicament and hoping that we will reach amicable solution, unfortunately she was not interested to hearing about my problem. She only said they do not refund or exchange the electronic device irrespective of the cause.
