courier company problem

<p>I ordered a lens on the 29/5/16 .as i was not at home to collect the parcel as with other courier companies i get an e-mail or call to see if someone will be home,i got an sms on the day of delivery not sure what you can do with that when you at work , i told them that i was not going to pay extra for weekend delivery as it was not my fault.So i told them to send it back .I was told by Toby Deals that they need it back to refund me.This i understand if i got the item and was returning it for some reason.As i never even saw the truck or driver let alone the lens,why must i wait for them to decided one day to return the lens.I did not choose the courier company.And all i get is they are waiting for the lens and this is taking a month.I have ordered a lens from DSLR Hut and have even used it in the same time that nothing has happened with Toby Deals So if you want nothing to happen then this is the company to use but if you want service then go with DSLR Hut BTW i could not use minus stars</p>
