The owner Brian provided me with a quote of all the work required to install my dstv, mount my tv's and cover wires with a conjuite for neatness. His technician Martin came to do the job but had forgotten the conjuites, but promised to return and install them properly the following day. i paid Martin the FULL price which was quoted by Brian. When calling Brian to determine when Martin would be returning to complete the unfinished work, he avoided my calls, didnt reply to my messages and when i finally got ahold of him, he told me i would have to pay an additional full fee for the call out and an additional fee for the conjuite (which he hadn't previously included). Martin is the one who who forgot the requested conjuite yet i have to pay for him to return to install it. he also left the wires unglued and messy and the whole installation looks untidy. Brian then suggested i call someone else to do the work and was incredibly rude, yet i'd paid the full quoted price and the job was not completed.
