Electric Fencing installation not working

THS does not answer his phone or respond to various e- mails to get him to respond to an electric fence that operated for 3 weeks, then when faulty and I am unable to get him to come and and repair- no 1 year guarantee as promised, whilst installing I battled to get him to finish and a subseqent contractor said he has never seen such shoddy workmanship and my installation will never pass a COC exam and are in violation of various laws. I now have to pay another contractor to complete and fix the installation.
