Shocking customer service and *******ly short voucher validity

Hi! I am massively underwhelmed by the "service" of Tobagos restaurant, basically insisting that a voucher that was bought for Tea Tides end of December 2025 will expire end of March 2026 - which is SO contravenening the Consumer Protection Act. They even LIE that the CPA would not be applicable if an expiry date would be printed on the voucher - which is clearly not in the CPA. And this in a Radisson hotel? Are they so short of money that customer service and legal obligations are completely thrown out of the window? Shocking experience!
