Want my refund

I bought building materials at N. Sangoso Group Suppliers on the 14/01/2021 but to date no delivery, they have been promising me lies and empty promises. I have requested refund on the 25/01/2021 because they are not delivering and they said my refund will be done in 7 days today is the 10th day excluding weekends but still nothing. The customer service is so Bad once they receive your payment but they will call you the whole day when they want you to purchase
