To Nett' s Paarl

We chose To-Netts as we got referred by our wedding coordinator to do all our decorating through them for our Wedding. The lady that dealt with all our designing organizing ect did not know what customer service is or was.. at first no direct respond when we asked her something. And then she got confused with measurements that end up costing us money. I took it up with management and after a month of constant phone calls and emails management finally rep**** and said unfortunately they cannot refund us our money due to they did not do anything wrong. But yet I have all the communication and proof on emails... We also had to wait till two weeks after the wedding to recieve our breakage deposit without any notification.. WOW....Worst customer service. Decor was beautiful but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!
