Terrible company, lack of professionalism or care

The inside of my car was left dirty. Even worse my leather front seat was torn! I suspect my car was definitely used but I don't even understand how it is possible to rip the seat like that. They must have placed something sharp on my seat. I could have lived with the car been dirty or used but to damage it where I have to get the whole seat reupholstered and pay thousands is ridiculous
